As a national-level intelligent manufacturing event that has grown up in the context of the old industrial base in Northeast China, the 2025 23rd China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo relies on cutting-edge technology displays, efficient docking mechanisms and diversified industry connotations to create a high-standard industry event that represents the high-level development of the country's manufacturing industry.

The second Shenyang Manufacturing Economic and Trade Activity Week was held concurrently with the exhibition. The activity week highlighted the three main themes of "intelligent manufacturing + green transformation + international cooperation", comprehensively demonstrated Shenyang's excellent industrial environment, excellent business environment and preferential policy environment, vigorously expanded the space for economic and trade cooperation, and provided exhibitors with a precise product display window and an efficient trade cooperation platform.

Thirteen district-level pavilions from Shenyang were present at the China Manufacturing Expo, showcasing innovative achievements in high-end equipment, intelligent manufacturing, and other fields, comprehensively demonstrating the comprehensive revitalization and cluster development of Shenyang's manufacturing industry. Furthermore, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, the China Foundry Association, the Beijing delegation, the Kunshan delegation from Jiangsu Province, the Dongguan delegation from Guangdong Province, the Shenyang Federation of Trade Unions, the Liaoning Rubber Industry Association, the Liaoning Mold Manufacturing Industry Association, and the Shenyang Special Processing Society all made appearances, showcasing the collaborative innovation and regional integrated development of China's manufacturing industry across the entire supply chain.

In addition to showcasing major national equipment and high-end devices, the 23rd China International Manufacturing Industry Fair (CIMI) also featured the second Shenyang Manufacturing Economic and Trade Week, featuring a series of key events, including "3+1+1+N" activities and a Shenyang City Image Exhibition. Industry leaders and business elites exchanged ideas, explored new paths for the industry, and jointly created an efficient and professional technical exchange platform, helping exhibitors gain insight into industry trends and expand their network. A major event, the Double Procurement Meeting (Double Procurement Meeting), was held, featuring buyers from central enterprises, industry leaders, and Belt and Road countries. Over 100 companies visited the exhibition and made purchases, effectively connecting global procurement demand with local manufacturing capabilities and promoting their integration into the national strategic supply chain and the new landscape of international trade and economic cooperation. The Conference on Promoting the Innovation and Development of Key Technologies and Equipment for Intelligent Manufacturing focused on hot sectors such as intelligent manufacturing, robotics, and automotive manufacturing, delving into the core pain points and innovative solutions for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The Liaoning Province "Strengthening Human Resources Services for Key Industries to Support Northeast Revitalization" event, along with a roadshow on the integrated development of the human resources service industry and manufacturing industry, was held in Hall W1. This event injected core talent into the revitalization of Liaoning and even Northeast China, strengthening support for high-quality development.
